New Generation – New Policies I:
Supporting young decision-makers’ work for sustainable development

Young first-time elected MPs and members of city and regional councils from EPP parties in Hungary, Slovenia, Moldova and Ukraine met to study the best practices of political management within the framework of sustainable development. Subjects ranged from political planning and communication of policies through monitoring and evaluating public policy interventions to discussing lessons from the German experience of energy policy adjustment. The same group will come back to Budapest in mid April to continue with the topic of setting and controlling the political agenda. The program was realized with cooperation of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Hungarian office.
