How the European Union works II

The second stage after the introductory course in Novi Sad, Serbia was held in Budapest where the best 12 participants were selected out of the 34 who took part in the first seminar. The second part gave a better understanding of European decision making processes, European Institution relation with national institutions. Meetings at the Hungarian Parliament and in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade were all conducted for a good foundation for the groups Brussels visit that will follow.
