Rethinking Value Based Politics for a New Generation

The Robert Schuman Institute organized training together with the Political Academy of the Austrian People’s Party (PolAk) and the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies. The 19 young prosperous leaders of Y Generation come from Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia gathered in Vienna to discuss, learn and hear more about value based politics and the ideologies of centre-right parties. On the other hand the role of traditional parties, engagement of millennials, application of ideology in everyday politics and the dilemmas of political leadership was among the main topics of the event.
