How Europe Works: Introductory seminar

The Robert Schuman Institute in partnership with the Wilfried Martens Centre and the Political Academy of the ÖVP organised the introductory part of our long time project „How Europe Works”. This time the program was conducted and tailored for participants coming from the Eastern Partnership countries as Armenia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia. All 15 participants were delegated by EPP affiliated parties of the region. The attendance got a good basis of theory composed with practical tasks how the different European Institutions are functioning, how the decisions are made between the 3 main Institutions. On the other hand visiting national institutions as the Foreign Ministry and the Parliament the participants received knowledge about its connections with the European Institutions. The group will meet in Brussels again for a study visit.
