Europe by Own Eyes: Study Visit to Hungary

The Robert Schuman Institute, in cooperation with the Institute of Political Education (IPO) organised a study visit entitled “Europe by Own Eyes” for 39 Ukrainian local politicians, activists and entrepreneurs. The participants coming from different regions of Ukraine visited the city councils in Miskolc and Debrecen, as well as the Parliament, the National Ukrainian Self-Governments, the Ukrainian-Hungarian Business Club and the Budapest City Council. The aim was that gaining personal experiences of the functioning of a variety of different Hungarian institutions as well as network building on the municipal level will contribute to the integration of the country.
