After Decentralisation: Effective Local Government part 2

In cooperation with the Robert Schuman Foundation, Luxembourg and the EPP Group
The main aim of the series is to support pro-European center-right forces amidst decentralisation and other reforms for an effective transformation of Ukraine; to provide councillors and mayors from 10 selected municipalities who are newcomers to political life with the necessary competences, information and skills in a basic training series.
We had again 30 participants in the second event between 12 – 14 May to discuss budget issues. The same group is going to meet in June for the final part.
Among the speakers we could welcome Robert Golański, RSI alumnus from the EPP Group.
