Governance in Ukrainian Municipalities: Transferring V4 experiences II.
The second stage of the program for the same group of city and municipality councillors were organised in partnership with the Kiev based Institute for Political Education and with the support of the International Visegrad Fund (www.visegradfund.org) in Lviv, between 24-26 November. The 35 councillor come back for the second time after they met in Kiev in October, to learn more about the best practices of local reforms and the funtioning of self-governments of Slovakia, Czechia and Poland by meeting experts, former Mayors and Mayors of V4 countries. The participants also introduced the current developments of the projects they have to realise in they local communities. The group will meet again next year on a study visit tour to all the V4 countries.
