The Robert Schuman Institute with the support of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Budapest office organises the “Strategic political communication on the local level” seminar for local campaign managers, campaign team members of EPP member parties from Bulgaria, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine.
This event will provide an opportunity for thematic upgrade of expertise for those preparing to stand behind local candidates and organise an effective campaign on the local level. The seminar will further support regional cooperation by experience exchange and network building.
The main topics of the seminar:
– matching local tactics to the party strategy
– knowing your local electorate
– communication channels and methods
Dates: 2 working days as follows:
24 – 25 February, 2018 (Budapest, Hungary)
arrival: 23 February Friday
departure: 25 February Sunday, after 15h00
Please note that the applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. The working language is English without interpretation.
From non EU countries we preferably accept candidates who already hold a valid visa to the European Union or would be able to apply for a visa individually.
Please note, that participants should have their international and local travel costs be paid by their delegating party or by themselves.
