Toolbox of the Constructive Negotiator

The Robert Schuman Institute in partnership with the Foundation for a Civic Hungary organised a practical training for young politicians who want to improve their negotiation skills. 16 young participants from Czechia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine came to Budapest to learn more about the best techniques of being a good negotiator. All the participants were delegated by national EPP sister parties. Throughout the active training days topics were covered as conflicts and negotiation, organizing and evaluating decision making processes, cultures and negotiations.
