The main aim of the project was to show good examples for 24 municipal politicians from Moldova, Romania and Ukraine on the following topics:
1) Basic frameworks and practical aspects of public policy formulation at the local level
2) Presentation of Ukrainian, Romanian and Moldavian experience on good governance and civic control as well as application of public policy instruments
3) Regional and local economic policy
4) Public private partnership in building regional economic capacity
5) Programming development
6) Success indicators and data analysis in public administration
7) Strenghtening cross – border cooperation
