Women and Political Influence: Act Local (Lebanon)

The Women and Political Influence seminar was organized in cooperation with the Eduardo Frei Foundation. The overall goal of the project was to help increase women’s political participation and influence, providing assistance that takes into account the different approach and conditions of partner parties.  With this project we wanted to enable women to take leading roles in their local parties and communicate local voters effectively. The project also provided a platform for international network building among like-minded politicians of the EPP family. The 15 participants came from EPP sister parties from Lebanon.
