Thriving in crisis: how to use community as your biggest asset

Thriving in crisis: how to use community as your biggest asset

The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented circumstance for all of us, drastically changing our private and professional lifestyles. With all the uncertainty around corona crisis, enforced isolation, the need to adjust our working routines taking most of them to the virtual space, staying in touch with our friends, colleagues, clients, partners and followers is of paramount importance as it gives us the sense of community and helps to stay productive.

In the upcoming #StayOn discussion, Anikó Ivanics, Head of Mentorship Program of the Design Terminal* will provide her ideas on how to navigate this changing and challenging landscape, stay connected to and continue building up professional networks, and carry out work routines online in no less efficient way than in the office environment. More specifically, Aniko will share her insight on how her organization is tackling digitalization of work related processes, familiarize us with startup initiatives against COVID-19, reflect on finding meaning in times of crisis and strengthening community ties. Join us for our traditional weekly #StayOn series of talks, scheduled for Thursday April 30, 17h CET, to share your views on the subjects.
