The program pursued several objectives: To help party newcomers to build up their political profiles, to provide learning opportunities for Western Balkan fledgling political elites within the framework of Christian democratic values and principles to help them progress in their political careers and public roles; to offer a value-based perspective on the development of Western Balkan young political elites of the centre-right wing who are committed to the European integration /EU partnership of the country;To bring young politicians together and provide them with a platform for idea exchange on development initiated from the local level. The project also provided a platform for international networking.
