No Youth No Party: Boosting youth participation in EU issues and in the 2024 European elections

In cooperation with Hanns Seidel Stiftung Budapest Office

The event enriched participants’ understanding of the current trends and factors influencing European political participation. The workshop helped them to map participation in Central Europe, identifying key challenges and opportunities. The seminar also introduced a toolbox of good practices for participating in a democracy, aimed at empowering the alumni with practical strategies for engaging young voters, and showcased effective youth projects and campaigns, offering inspiration and actionable insights for them to implement in their respective contexts. We addressed mobilization strategies through both a lecture and a hands-on workshop format, ensuring that participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in engaging youth in political processes.
