The Robert Schuman Institute (RSI), in partnership with the Eduardo Frei Foundation (EFF) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), is thrilled to announce the launch of Young Leaders XXXII—a transformative program designed to shape the future of political and civic leadership. Open to ambitious young politicians and civil society leaders from Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, as well as Lebanon and Morocco, this initiative targets individuals aged 22–35 who are committed to Christian Democratic values, pluralist democracy, and the principles of the European People’s Party (EPP). Over three intensive modules, participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to tackle the political, social, and economic challenges of today and tomorrow.
Participants will explore critical topics such as ethical leadership, economic policy, global security, and digital innovation, while developing essential skills in communication, negotiation, and crisis management. From democratic governance and human rights to climate change and technological disruption, the curriculum blends theory with hands-on training, ensuring leaders are prepared to drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond.
