This webinar, the second in our series this year, explored how participants can maximise the impact of their messaging and polling techniques during election campaigns and after. To illustrate these concepts in a real-world context, an invited pollster shared experience how these tools are applied throughout the election cycle. The speaker used US presidential elections as a source of practical examples in his presentation. Participants also learned about effective information strategies and common pitfalls, including even how question rephrasing in evaluations can dramatically influence the outcome.
