(RSI), with the support of the CDA – Eduardo Frei Foundation (EFF) is inviting applications from sister
parties in Albania and Montenegro to the program below.

Then sign up for this special edition of WAVE. In this interactive program we offer a way to overcome the deep divide between technocracy and populism: a politics where citizens are involved, and where the process matters as much as the outcome. Not Christian nationalism, but a vision rooted in human dignity, responsibility, and the common good.
The program is in its 2nd edition still, and participants will not just learn but also contribute to the development of the course. It is democracy in action: leadership with shared responsibility.

II. Description
About WAVE:
WAVE is a down-to-earth, interactive, and case-based training developed by CDA – Scientific Institute
and CDA-EFF. It equips mid-level politicians with a Christian democratic framework to analyse and
address political challenges.

Why WAVE? The training uses four lenses to evaluate policies and decisions:
• Worldview: The view of the human person behind a policy.
• Authority: The proper, enabling role of government.
• Vocation: How responsibility is shared between society, government, and the market.
• Effect: Whether measures are realistic, fair, and workable for the people affected.
